Cote d’ivoire is officially called the REPUBLIC OF COTE D’IVOIRE which is located at the southern coast of West Africa. Its capital is Yamoussoukro while its largest city and economic centre  is  the city of Abidjan. Its official language is French and a person from Cote d’ivoire is called an Ivorian.

Cote d’ivoire is a country on the southern coast of West Africa. Nigerian passport holders do not require a visa to enter Cote d’Ivoire as an ECOWAS national.

A passport and proof of vaccination against Yellow fever are required alongside other travel documents for entry into Cote d’ivoire.

Air Cote d’ivoire is the official flag carrier of  Cote d’ivoire and its hub is located in Abidjan. It flies 21 destinations and you would be getting a direct flight if you are chose to fly from Nigeria. Cote d’ivoire’s major international airport is Felix-Houphouet-Boigny International Airport.

TIP:  Use of translation app and learning a little french would be quite helpful if you do not speak French.
